Project drawings & design
The 3D designs are conceptual in nature and are intended to set forth design intent. The final two dimensional drawings will be the actual work executed at project site.
The services do not include modifications to structural, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, ventilation or other mechanical systems in the Project.
Design fees
The design fees of 3% to be paid in advance before the commencement of work at site. The design fee includes, 3D designs and site drawings for the work agreed as per the estimate finalised. In the case of cancellation of work contract the design fee is non-refundable.
Payment terms & conditions
Standard payment terms & conditions will be mentioned in the work contract. Skonspace reserves the right to change the payment terms if required.
Work completion
Complete all necessary works that form part of the final estimate within 60 working days from the time of finalization of drawings. Any delay due to external circumstances beyond our control of second party like unavailability of materials at site, pending civil, plumbing or electrical work, natural disasters, power shortage, strike, government declared holidays or any emergency situation which restricts access to transportation and travel should be excluded and work schedule to be corrected accordingly, Required electricity needs to be ensured by the client in order to execute the work at project site. The site safety and security needs to be ensured by the first party at project site.
Warranty Policy
Skonspace reserves the right to change the period of warranty according to the material and specifications selected by the client.
